Order By Email Instructions
(License Plate Record Searches)
Steps:
1. Email the following information to bda.investigations@burbridgepi.com:
- Type of License Plate Record Needed (Basic or Advanced)
- License Plate Number, State, & Reason For Search (orders will not be accepted without a reason)
- Customer Contact Information including your name, address, & phone number.
FOR SECURITY REASONS DO NOT PROVIDE PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION IN YOUR EMAIL.
2. We will then contact you by phone to attain your payment information:
- We will only call between the hours of 9am to 9pm your time.
3. After payment has been approved, license plate record search is performed, and the results are provided by email.
